TFL Football 2026

Tucker Football League (TFL) – No Refund Policy General Policy Registration fees for the Tucker Football League (TFL) are non-refundable. Once a player is registered, fees are considered fully earned by TFL to cover expenses already incurred in preparation for the season. Reason for Non-Refunds Fees collected by TFL are allocated to the following necessary expenses: Uniforms: Each player is provided with a uniform that is purchased immediately upon registration. Insurance: TFL maintains insurance coverage for all participants, which is billed per player. League Participation Fees: Fees paid to city leagues and governing bodies to secure spots for teams. Facilities Fees: Rental or maintenance costs for practice and game fields. Uniform Ownership If a participant decides to leave the league for any reason, all uniforms provided remain the property of TFL and must be returned. Exceptions In rare circumstances, TFL may consider a partial refund request. Any approved refund will be reduced by the cost of uniforms, insurance, league fees, and facility fees, as these costs are non-recoverable. Acknowledgment By registering for TFL, all participants and/or their guardians acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
